Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

New Calculated Field Dialog Box

Use the New Calculated Field dialog box to create a new calculated field.

Field Description
Name Use this field to assign a name to the calculated field you are creating.
Applies to Table Use this field to display the tables where you can create or associate with the calculated fields.
Note: This field is currently disabled and defaults to Control Account/Work Package. Cobra only allows you to add calculated fields for control accounts and work packages displayed in the Spreadsheet pane of the Project view.
